(optional); 2/3 milk (cups); 1-1/3 potato flakes (cups); 3 to 3-1/2 microwave time (minutes). 6; 2 water (cups); 3 butter (tbsp.) (or margarine or olive oil); 3/4 salt (tsp.) (optional); 1 milk (cups); 2 potato flakes (cups); 4-1/2 to 5 microwave time (minutes). 12; 4 water (cups); 6 butter (tbsp.) (or margarine or olive oil); 1-1/2 salt (tsp.)
